How the hell do you have 61 images of “Stunning Photos of the World’s Future Energy Source” and none of them showing mountain top removal?!  This “Business Insider” article claims there is enough coal to power the world for another 112 years. Gods help us.  And the pictures really are not that stunning.  Saddening is more like it.   It’s only the cheapest because all the costs are not included.  Like oil, natural gas, and all the rest.
